Confident Babywearing Workshops
Carrying your baby in a sling or carrier is a timeless practice, used across cultures for generations. It keeps your baby close, safe, and comforted, while also supporting their emotional and cognitive development.
Research shows that babywearing can help strengthen bonding, support breastfeeding, reduce crying, and ease symptoms of colic and reflux. It may also contribute to lowering the risk of postnatal depression. And just as importantly, it allows other caregivers to confidently step in — giving mums a well-deserved break.
With so many carriers on the market and often conflicting advice, it can feel overwhelming to know what's right for you and your baby. This workshop is designed to give you clear, practical, and evidence-based guidance so you can carry your baby safely and comfortably with confidence.
