Bespoke Breastfeeding Preparation Classes

Preparing for breastfeeding before your baby arrives is one of the most powerful ways to support a smooth and rewarding feeding journey.

You may have attended a hospital class or read about breastfeeding, but still feel you need personalised, practical guidance tailored to your unique situation. If you want real support, a clear plan, and confidence going into your breastfeeding journey, this class is designed for you.

Anabela combines the latest evidence-based breastfeeding knowledge with years of hands-on experience supporting families through both breastfeeding and bottle-feeding challenges. The result is a fully personalised class designed to prepare you for your unique journey.
